F&I represented over 50% of a dealership's net profit last year according to CNW marketing research. In many dealerships it represents 100% of their net profits.

Your dealership retains the highest of revenue generated by your F&I department. Your only expense is commissions to your Manager(s).

The publicly traded dealerships have recognized this for years now. The average profit per retail for the most of the publicly traded dealer groups is $1,000 per retail and higher, why? They take ongoing training and F&I development seriously.

With our income development programs all the dealer needs to do is participate in once a month meetings with our F&I expert and Dealership Development handles the rest.

We develop and maintain processes and pay plans for your people. We also require on-going monthly training of your Finance Manager(s).

F&I INCOME DEVELOPMENT

There is a big difference between classroom training and watching an expert execute deliveries at the profitability levels we project.

Seeing is believing!

Our retail experts are there to sit down with your customers and actually process your deliveries and at the same time your people watch and learn. Once Dealership Development's Income Development Program is implemented, you can expect complete compliance, 100% menu use and increased profits ranging rom $150 to $500 per retail.

Step I - Complete Department Analysis

a) Review the last 6 months of F&I production to determine strengths and weaknesses.

b) Pay Plan review

c) Complete compliance audit

  • Process

d) Interview current Management to determine the level of training needed.

e) Build a Business Plan for your Dealership to illustrate where profits and penetrations can be increased. As well as where there is exposure to potential compliance problems.

Step II - Once it is determined that Dealership Development is to implement your customized Business Plan the following will take place:

a) Determine what products will be sold in the Finance Department

b) Hold an orientation meeting with the Dealer and Management staff to review objections and Dealership Development's role in the process and the Business Plan

c) The rest is up to Dealership Development to begin your income development process.
